The Madison Apartments

UPDATE: 10/31/24 I’ve now lived at The Madison for 18 months in two different one bedroom apartments. Both have great features like crown molding, chair rail, upgraded lighting/ceiling fan packages, convenient USB port, comfortable patio with room for outdoor furniture and plants, natural light and fully renovated kitchens, baths and wood laminate flooring. Lots of storage in the oversized pantry, walk in closet, coat closet and laundry room. The Piney Grove floor plan also has a large linen closet. The interior design leaves nothing to be desired in my opinion. This past spring/summer a large fire pit and more gas grills were installed adjacent to the clubhouse pool area. There’s ample outdoor furniture to accommodate everyone using the facility and little or no wait to grill. The

Having lived in this community for nearly a year, I have already decided to renew my lease for another year, as I find it to be a truly enjoyable and comfortable place to call home. One of the standout features of this community is the supportive and professional staff. Whether it's a maintenance request, the staff are quick to respond and resolve any problems, usually within one business day. In terms of location, this community has everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep. There are numerous grocery stores within a 10-minute drive, as well as other amenities, and the community is conveniently located near the Short Pump Center. Overall, I would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Luxury? No they don’t maintain the grounds for it to be called that. The trash is always a mess and stinks. They need a better system. They don’t maintain residence hallways. Location is ideal and safeish neighborhood. But not luxury you live here for location. Update: the renovations are a complete nightmare. The company they hired is completely unprofessional. They were supposed to be doing our building in the summer and it is November and I still get suprise ladder visits on my balcony. The office does not update us on anything concerning the renovations. When I do try to call the office it’s rare that I get anyone on the phone. Ive complained about the street lights multiple times which resulted in my car being gone through twice but nothing has been done.

I’ve lived at the Madison for a little over a year now, and it has been great! The amenities are great, and they are adding some new additions (which I am so excited for). Parking is convenient, the people are friendly, the neighborhood is quiet - can’t complain! My pups and I love it here.
