Management Ignores Safety Issues and Lease Violations!! Do not let the "luxury” branding fool you. I have reported several immediate safety and habitability issues to the office with zero response. The kitchen/bathroom handles have sharp edges that have repeatedly cut my children. On top of that, we are forced to deal with heavy marijuana smoke entering our unit daily because management refuses to enforce their own non-smoking lease terms. The building itself is poorly constructed—the walls have no insulation (you hear everything), the A/C is deafening, and the new floors are already peeling and baseboards are falling off. The common stairwells are filthy and clearly never cleaned. I’ve had issues with Mark-Taylor before, but this is a new low. Don't sign a lease here unless you want your

BEST maintenance staff ever! If anything is wrong in our apartment, we put in a maintenance request and right away we hear back from them! Dan, Yung, Zach, Jose, you guys are amazing! Thank you for how quick to help you are. You guys truly care about the people who live here and do an amazing job of taking care of us!

Edit to add: Unfortunately I have had a horrendous experience with the ladies in the office. Although the maintenance department and Andy in the office has maintained good customer service, I am forced to change the star rating to what accurately represents my experience here. .... I want to take a moment to recognize Dan from the Maintenance team for his outstanding work. He consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Whether it's a routine task or an unexpected issue, Dan handles everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. Any time we’ve had a question, concern, or maintenance need, they have handled it quickly, professionally, and with a genuine care that makes all the difference. We’ve lived in this apartment community for a little over a year and a half, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The property is always well maintained, the amenities are kept in great condition, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and this is by far the worst complex I’ve experienced. I’ve been in multiple mark taylor properties in Arizona and other states. This complex is not luxury at all… it looks nice and is kept clean which is great! But the appliances in the units are cheap. There are multiple design flaws, the AC unit blasts so loud you can’t hear the tv in the living room. And expect to be woken up every night because the floors and walls are as thin as paper. It’s not even my neighbors fault, I can hear the drop of a pin coming from upstairs. I wish it wasn’t thousands to break the lease because I’ve only been here 2 months, but I would absolutely terminate my lease. It’s a brilliant scam and unfortunately I was blinded by the pretty look.
