The lyla apartments

The Lyla Apartments are so nice and spacious and i've never been so excited to move and live in such a beautiful apartment building. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and work hard to make sure everything is taken care of for their residents. Great work Lyla of Elk grove staff. Thanks again.

Please beware! After calling several times and getting no answer I finally spoke with Courtney who was very rude and short. Had the nastiest attitude and gave wrong information, like she didn’t want to be bothered. When I went to view the complex, I stood in the leasing office and two of the ladies stood there having a conversation and not one greeted me… very unprofessional. I could already tell that The Lyla is headed down hill especially once all of the units are filled. Some of the stairwells looked dirty, juice spilled on the ground, marks and scuffs on the walls, and lots of bugs and spider webs. Not to mention Kids EVERYWHERE.. running through the complex, LOUD and leaving their bikes/scooters laying around. Seems like the parents don’t care either. I even drove past at around 8pm a

Those people are living there most of them not eligible for these luxury apt. they make a to much trash around the buildings around the trash cans. They don't care of their kids around the buildings.too many Smogy people living there which is not good for elder people and kids I don't know how they get these apt.

Amazing place to live—modern, clean,friendly community. And The staff is helpful.
