The Luxe Townhomes

My daughter moved in, barely looked like they cleaned. Carpet smells like pee. All below cabinets are destroyed by water damage inside. Fridge doesn’t work. Took them many days to replace fridge. Next we find growing fungus at base boards. Reported and they still have not come to even look at it with in 7 days. During that time my daughter found leak in pipe behind washer. They said they would send out plumber next day. My daughter told them how bad it was flooding kitchen, under tiles and into wall. She told them if they didn’t get a plumber she would. They sent a handyman to shut off water. Next morning they still had not called plumber. At this point she will be without water for over 24 hrs and no mold/fungus remediation still after 7 days.

Was looking into this place but they want $1000 per pet and it's non refundable. No thanks

God awful...... the management is a JOKE. Do not move here
