Chris gave my boyfriend and me an amazing tour of The Ludlow! He was incredibly patient, made time in his schedule for us, and answered every question we had thoroughly. We never felt rushed and really appreciated how knowledgeable and welcoming he was. We can’t wait to come back for another tour closer to our move-in date. Highly recommend both Chris and this community!

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed my experience!! I wish I didn’t have to move cities for my job because I definitely would have stayed :) I was drawn to this building because there is parking, a pool, a gym, rooftop access, multiple lounges, and a very secure package room. Management was always super responsive with maintenance requests and anything else I might have needed. It was very nice to know that the leasing office was downstairs in case of emergency. This is a truly luxury building; when the elevators broke for a short period of time management responded by providing us with credit for the inconvenience. I don’t know of any other building that would do that for their residents!! Besides that there were always building events going on including coffee trucks/food trucks.

If I could live in this exact building in my next city, I would in a heart beat. The gym is SIGNIFICANTLY superior to most apartment gyms. The rooftop pool and multiple social spaces are welcoming and incredible. The staff go out of their way every time. Hasimi always brought a smile with him, and Katherine has got to be the hardest working property manager in town. Thank you all for a great experience!

I’ve lived here for just about 2 years and have had the best experience! The management team is very attentive, communicates well, and always helpful. The building has great amenities including a gym with reformers pilates machines, a golf sim, great rooftop, dog park, pool and several spaces that can be rented. The maintenance team is truly fantastic, quick to fix anything that comes up and always goes above and beyond. The building is quite new and very clean. We love living here!

The walls/floors are super thin. The neighbor above me continued to stomp and drop furniture at 1am in the bedroom all because she hated hearing me under her. If I would watch tv she would stomp above my head. And if I would talk on the phone she would start dropping furniture above my head. I could literally hear her say “ohhh my godddddd” every time I would talk at a normal volume. I dealt with the harassment for 10 months and they still made me pay to break my lease even with video and audio evidence. Don’t move here.
