The Luxe at Boca Apartments

Living at The Luxe means never missing the favelas of Brazil again! That's because the structures are so similar! The way the condominium management handles residents' rights is very similar to how Brazilian governments do; they trample on your rights and demand all your responsibilities. My dryer has been broken for over two months. I've filed several requests on the app, all of which have been closed, but my situation has never been resolved! I set up a clothesline on my balcony to dry my clothes, and now the condominium wants to fine me for it! To anyone interested in living here, I'm telling you: Prepare for a lot of headaches trying to resolve the issues here!

Terrible maintenance. It's been a month since I moved in. My apartment was full of problems that they knew about. Since then, I've been asking them to fix it and they've been promising replacements and maintenance that hasn't been done. I've been without a dishwasher all this time, so they brought me another one that doesn't wash. The closet doors are all broken. Everything is horrible. The only person who is efficient there is Jane from the Office, who is always willing to help. But maintenance doesn't. They don't do anything and they even lie.

I'm deeply disappointed. Despite living here for years, the pools haven't been clean in nearly a month. When we raised this issue with the office, the response from the Brazilian lady was shockingly (REALLY) rude towards my mother. She simply stated they clean three times a week without any clarity. We're paying a hefty sum each month for amenities like dirty pools, a party room that has been closed for 4 years, and a gym with missing dumbells. It's unacceptable that these basic services are

I just left their office and I must say I’m very impressed so far, from the moment I walked in , Jane greeted me and was happy to walk me through the process, explained everything in details and took me the area around, as I have kids, it’s important for me to have a nice outdoor area. I had an emergency and will be back to tour the apartments but so far I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism. Very nice office and love they were taking care of landscaping. I moved into this apartment two months ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
