I’ve had a great experience. The living spaces are well finished and comfortable, and the amenities are a big plus. The building feels well cared for. The lobby is consistently clean, and the gym is in great shape. Management is also quick to respond, and I love how easy it is to get downtown and over to Olde Towne East.

This place is brand new and really cool! The call box is convenient for deliveries and packages were safe in the mail room. Washer and dryer comes in unit and it’s a great amenity to have! The rooftop has a nice view of downtown and is a scenic place to host friends. Michaela, the property manager, is amazing and professional! If things need repair or there’s a problem she’s easy to contact and quick to respond. I loved living here!

I absolutely love The Luminary! My apartment is great, when I need maintenance they are very quick to help. The lobby and gym is always clean. The Olde Towne East community is filled with amazing people. This is the perfect first apartment for me!

I moved here in May and have had zero complaints. Any maintenance request is promptly resolved. The shared spaces are always clean, the residents are kind and considerate of others, and Michaela is easily accessible. The neighborhood is lovely, with summer events at the park around the corner. I’m so glad I made the decision to move here :)

I recently moved into my apartment and the whole process was seamless. Chris and Michaela are so kind, communicative and helpful. I love the layout and finishes in the apartment - the difference is in the details! It’s quiet, clean and well maintained. The rooftop patio is so nice! I’ve had a very pleasant and positive experience, highly recommend!
