The Lowell at Mueller

I want to leave a review and recognize Ashley Zuniga for helping me with my move-in process. She was new management coming in as I was a new resident coming in the old management left my apartment so bad that I needed my carpet removed as I was moving in the day of Ashley was able to help me through my process and help my family be more comfortable with our move-in. She is one of the best that I’ve seen in a while. I used to live at these apartment complex before and now since I’ve been here for a couple of months, it has gone back and even better than it was thank you Ashley for making my family more comfortable in our living situation.

I’ve lived here for a year and half. Maintenance are quick to fix issues as long as you communicate well with the office. The new management team are 1000 times better than the last “team”. Kristy and Nicole have always been quick and proud to help out with any issues I’ve had. The pools had been non operational and filled with green muck for months before they took over and they had the pools fixed and looking great in about 1 month. I had to wait months to renew my lease because the old management team simply didn’t want to do any work before they left and as soon as the new team took over they immediately tackled my issue and resolved it and I ended transferring to a larger unit for less rent.

The ladies that run the leasing office are so kind and get stuff done! Ashley helped me with every step of the application and move in process. They got the flooring in my living room changed to hardwood and were very patient with me throughout the process. I know I can ask them whatever questions I have because they truly care about helping.

DO NOT move here. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in I would give them zero starts if I could. There recently was a switch in management and they have added so many fees to rent. These past few months I have been charged so many fees for “valet trash” which is $30 every month, not $90. I have to physically show up to the office so they can take some fees off and that is NOT okay whatsoever and has to be violating some city laws. Additionally, the rent itself has gone up significantly. What you pay may start off as cheap but it is not worth it for what comes with it. I had an incidence in the summer where my car was towed in the weekend by the towing company they work for even though I registered my car and even had proof of it to the towing place in which they say the only p

Good place to live - affordable, close to everything you need, and new management is great. Good mix of single people, young families, and couples. Some of my favorite things: two pools you can access, updated gym (it's modest but an improvement from the previous), and a responsive handy crew. Also love that the location is just off the highway - makes any drive quicker. Wish I had better photos - but I suppose something is better than nothing!
