Renovation to the old building is a five star improvement to my view from across the road but disrespecting President Carter and the flag of our United States by not flying it half mast after his death is one star building management.

The management of this place is unfair and rude. I failed to get a parking ticket when entering. I was charged $14 for a lost ticket at 9:15 in the morning. I had only been there for 30 minutes. I like the medical facility I visit here but the management of this building gives me a reason not to come back. If a separate parking company operates the deck I think it should still be the building managements duty to keep them honest.
