So sick and tired of seeing these ridiculous apartments being thrown together and placed in every spot you can squeeze yourselves. Ogden is covered with these shitty apartments- obviously the most INSANE complex to be built is the one between little and middle Davinci. It was a parking lot for hell sakes, there was absolutely no need to slap together another set of apartments right there. There was already limited parking for parents and drop off/pick up was chaos but now it’s an absolute JOKE! Also- every apartment that you have built has minimal parking spaces for the tenants who have to live there so their cars end up spilling out all over. You guys are worse than a SPIRIT HALLOWEEN store- just snatchin up any spot you can buy. You don’t give a damn about this community, who lives in i

Zero respect for the community. They have broken ground directly between the two DaVinci academy elementary buildings to build another cash cow apartment complex in complete disregard for the safety of the children attending these schools. There will also no longer be parking available for drop off, pickup, or school events. This is true even on the adjacent public street as it is now a loading and unloading zone for the new complex. Construction is taking place mere feet from the school buildings. How this went through zoning permits without public input is a mystery and disgrace.

Thank you for building apartments within feet of a school making an educational environment unsafe and difficult for parents and kids to access the school building. The school wanted to buy that lot and you wanted to make MONEY and build housing in between 2 school buildings. What a money grab. I hope your proud of the chaos you have caused the school staff, the students, the families, and the businesses nearby. The school luckily did such a great job to make the most of the trouble you're making with this new development but honestly, you couldn't find any where in your hearts to build apartments someplace else? What a joke.

(This company thinks about profit rather than children.) Building an apartment on a parking spot that needs to be for an elementary school rather than allowing the school to buy the parking spot from your company is ridiculous. Now all of these little children won't have a safe environment to get dropped off and picked up. I am a parent who takes my little child to that school and now traffic is going to be a nightmare for all the parents and anyone who lives in those apartments are not going to be happy either. Children can miss their education because there isnt a parking spot or enough space for parents to bring their kids to school on time. There are so many kids that go to that school, its going to be a huge mess. Poor business move on your part.
