Beautiful apartments! Updated and modern kitchen, flooring, and appliances. Amazing amenities at the clubhouse and a free gym membership. Staff is very friendly and so easy to work with for anything i need. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking

People need to understand. This 4.5 star rating is based on what this place was years ago. Several years ago this place was new and considered to be nice. That is no longer the case. Idaho Falls has expanded on apartments and 90% of complexes now crush this place on size, amenities, neighbors, value, etc. I dont know that the ladies in the front office have ever seen the inside cover of a book before, but anything is possible. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Dont just rent the first place that has good reviews from 3 years ago.

McKenzie’s customer service is exceptional, and she consistently demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude. Whether it's assisting with apartment maintenance requests or offering local recommendations, her knowledge and approachability make a real difference. The Lofts on Broadway is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

The Lofts are under a new management company and the customer service could not be better. The service has gone from The Lofts biggest weakness to its biggest strength. I worked with Candice and Burgendy on a complex issue. They listened, looked into the matter and then offered a fair conclusion. The apartments are well laid out, safe and has nice community facilities.
