Apartments are incredibly gorgeous. Rental process was super easy and staff was great through that process. Only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because we haveHad some issues with the billing of the spectrum service Which is provided through INH and maintenance has been a bit slow To fix some issues. Once Maintenanceshows up though they’ve been fantastic. Overall, I would still recommend! By far, the best choice in the St. Cloud area.
Nice location but with an unsecured mailroom don’t count on getting any package you may have ordered I have had 3 thefts and two in the last week. The only safe option is a PO Box.
Location and interior aesthetic were good. Ease of move in/move out, management, and street noise were less so.
Worst leasing experience of my entire life - and second place isn't close
Not as nice as they look lots of cut corners
