The Lofts @ Clifford Brown Walk

Can anyone tell me how long the process took to be able to get in? I’ve turned in an application and it looked pretty clean to me , and the manager there now was very nice when I met her . I’m just curious

I’ve been calling since Thursday trying to inquire about getting a 2 or 3 bedroom. No response to my phone calls and nobody is ever is the office when I come in. Unprofessional smh.

This place has gone downhill since the new property manager took over. She’s all talk and no action! The hallways and stairwells stay filthy, floors are nasty, and the parking lot always has trash lingering around. Idk what the maintenance guy does besides stand around and look slow because he’s never working and always leaving stuff in the hallway for days which is a safety hazard! The last manager was a itch but she made sure the building stayed clean. I hope this lady doesn’t stick around long because she seems pretty useless and her maintenance man.

This place is full of bullsh*t. I went to the open house to see the two bedroom. I informed the leasing manager that I was looking to move within the first week of September. I was told that they had one and two bedrooms available for immediate move in. I instantly fell for the two bedroom. Since I bought all my paperwork ( that I was told I needed) I was able to apply that day. Days went by with no response, then I had to contact her to find out that there really aren't any two bedrooms available. In fact there was a whole list of people that would get a two bedroom before I would but I could settle for a one bedroom. My heart was shattered and I was pissed that I wasted my time and money applying. Sadly I still needed a apartment as time was winding down so I sucked it up and decided t

started the process January 13th with a ignorant unprofessional manager Shafonda. I had to complain about her not responding to emails or phone calls. This is after I had given her my income and she never once said anything about my income being too high. Called corporate and they never said anything about income two weeks later they respond saying I make too much TWO MONTHS WASTED!!!!..YOU WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY. THE MOST UPROFESSIONAL APARTMENT BUILDING IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!
