The events you organize, the way you celebrate, the thought and care you put into everything—it’s amazing. Even after a long and tiring workday, these little moments truly warm the heart. Living here honestly feels like being part of one big home where everyone truly cares about you. The way you look after the residents is just incredible — from the kindness to the attention to detail. And those occasional breakfasts, lunches, and dinners you organize? They’re something else! We LOVE our new loft home! It is everything we wanted and dreamed of. We are ready for a change and the Security building is definitely worth it. Michael is so patient with us and Larry is just as kind. The lovely attendants, Sahana and Josephine, are courteous, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for all you have done and all you do!

My experience at this building have been the best I’ve had so far in DTLA. Sara, the leasing consultant has been extremely helpful and resourceful. She took me on a tour of the building and showed me the available apartments. Sara helped me through out the necessary steps to apply and finalize my move into my dream apartment. Now I get to enjoy my dtla loft. Even months after moving in, management has been very responsive to any of my concerns, especially Sara who always made sure to answer all of my questions.
