The Lofts at Atlantic Station

I’ve had a great experience at Lofts at Atlantic Station. The apartments are beautiful, well-designed, and very comfortable to live in. Over time, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the overall management of the property. The administration has clearly made an effort to maintain the community at a higher standard. The common areas are consistently clean, maintenance requests are handled properly and in a timely manner, and security within the shared spaces has noticeably improved. I especially want to recognize Adriana, who is in charge at the office. She has been professional, attentive, and proactive in ensuring residents feel heard and supported. I avoided giving a review during my stay because i did not want to jinx myself lol, but now that my lease is coming to an end & im ready to do so. Generally this property does GET 5 STARS FROM ME, i put 4 due to the recent gate issues. I have never had any consistent major or minor issues here at The Lofts at Atlantic Station. My stay has been nothing but a convenience to me & my lifestyle granting me a peace of mind. Leasing & customer service has always been highly communicative with me in time of need & maintenance always gets the job efficiently done. Im in awe of how fast time has flown. Due to rental increase, i will not be renewing my lease but i do hope those that chose to live on this property enjoys their stay just as much (if not more) than I did :) BEST OF LUCK

I no longer stay here but I just wanted to give an honest review about my lease with them. I wouldn't mind paying the high amount in rent if the apartment didn't have so many issues. They also charged me a double deposit so I paid nearly $6000 to move in. There we're roaches every where. Coming out of the walls and there are huge cracks under the doors and the bugs just travel along the floor. I had to buy a door cover to cover the 2 inch hole and spray my apartment from top to bottom. There is so much noise. I can hear my neighbors all day and night. Thin walls. Paying almost $2500/month for a 1 bedroom for mold on the windows. The best amenities are the gym membership for $10 and the access to everything around the apartment. Beware staying here.

LONG STORY SHORT: ROACH INFESTATION, GATE ISSUES, etc! Pros: location and proximity to everything. We live in building 2S (265 18th st). I’m glad to see that other residents are starting to review the lofts truthfully. If you’re reading this, please search reviews by NEWEST and LOWEST. I’m also shocked at the response to the reviews from Atlantic Station Lofts Management. On one review, their excuse was “we don’t see this profile as a resident”. Well of course if people are still residents they may not leave a review under their real names!!! But what they are saying is true. Even myself, I have multiple neighbors who say they have told the office about the BUG ISSUE! There ARE ROACHES and they seem to be doing nothing about it! From BABY ROACHES TO VERY LARGE ONES! Hello just wanted to add the property head of mgmt Jess and the head maintenance guy Zach i mentioned Adriana in my last post,this is the best trio in rental,im funny i like spending my money with folks that at least care,their attitude is what keeps me re-signing leases,and im not easy to please,i saw where someone posted about some roaches, that is a lie,i saw one waterbug,in 2 1/2 years,its a vibe,its a loft,versus a flat,great excersise,going up and down those stairs,but seriously they are great folks!
