The Lodgewood

The Lodgewood Apartments are a dump. Terrible apartments. Do not let the views and location fool you. Katz Properties, like the rumors you hear, is a degenerate landlord. Since living here, I have seen numerous cockroaches, none of the washing machines work, none of the windows have screens so you cannot open your windows without bugs/birds flying in, they never shovel the snow (some old tenant takes it upon himself), and on top of it all, I have had 13 packages stolen in the last 4 months. I reported it to Katz and they do absolutely nothing about it. This is place is a dump. Do not live here. I am moving out next month. Tired of these slum lords.

There is not a cockroach infestation in the basement. The lights are always on. An exterminator comes on a regular basis. This is a beautiful building with Lake views.

This place is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. HUUUUGE ONES. Never seen a cockroach as big in my life. There’s literally hundreds of them when you turn the lights on in the basement. It’s disgusting. PLEEEEAAASE get an exterminator in there!!!! It’s so gross!!! The entire place is beautiful and then it’s just infested with roaches. It doesn’t go together
