As a delivery driver, these apartments are convenient and the units are easy to find. The buildings are clearly labeled with letters and the parking have numbers. Makes our job much easier and saves plenty of time.

Moving in as a young couple (19 and 20) with a newborn, these apartments are incredibly affordable compared to everything else. I’m a SAHM doing online college, while my fiance works full time, and we are still able to have a savings. We’ve been here for 2 years now and the management has never let us down, they’re responsive, quick to help and all around kind. I’ve read reviews as well and have some notes - 1. Pets ARE allowed assuming they’re service or emotional support registered and can prove so, which keeps people safe from owners who may not train their pets. REMEMBER there are many many families with young children. 2. Been living here for almost 2+ years now.. extremely expensive. The inside of the apartment is nice. We have had issues with neighbors kids throwing rocks at our cars, kids throwing their footballs or basketballs at our bedroom windows, neighbors blaring their music all day long, people parking in our spot, hard to find parking in the free spots, as we are only allowed 2 cars per unit; however, some units have 4-6 cars... so they take up all the free parking... Some neighbors also have their broken down vehicles in the free parking spots...told management and they said they will talk to the people doing it and yet, nothing changes. Some pros: management and office ladies are nice. Washer & dryer inside unit. They tend to fix things in a timely matter. Nice on the inside.

While the apartments are nice and affordable, good luck finding parking. Good luck if your household has 2 cars, they tell you to park in the “no parking” spaces, but tow you in the morning if you aren’t moved by 7am. Would highly recommend if not for the terrible parking issues.
