The Lodge

Great place to call home! Its going on 5 years since I moved into the lodge. Im extremely pleased. The office and community are great! No loud parties or riff raff, pleasantly quiet and peaceful! I do keep a very clean apartment and have NEVER seen ANY bugs at all!! I have only a had to call maintenance a couple times and they are not only very prompt, they know what they are doing. I recently called about my toilet float and they were here within the hour and had it changed within 10 min. Great ammenities, my grandchildren really enjoy they basketball court and park and of course the option of 2 pools! I think having a gym and tanning bed is pretty great too! I have lived at the lodge apartments going on 4 years now. I have been very happy here. I have a basement apartment and find it to be comfortable and quiet. I have not needed to make a maintenance request in a very long time. But whenever I have it was responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Everybody in the office is courteous and pleasant. I have included a picture of my living room. I love the hardwood floors. I have also included a picture of my kitchen that had all new appliances when I moved in. My granddaughter and I love going to the pools in the summer. The pools are clean and well maintained and they're open when they are supposed to be. I would recommend The Lodge Apartments to both family and friends.

I have lived here off and on for over 5 years three different times . The staff is and maintenance guys have always been great .! My cats Dawson loves going out side.i have lived on third floor, in basement and now middle .

2nd review: what the lodge offers One of the best things about living at The Lodge is the amount of space and amenities it offers. For the price you pay you get a lot compared to other places, so that alone is how I know this place could be great with continued improvements. The pool is a big plus in the summer, not just one pool but 2, so if one needs maintenance you still have a default one. there’s a park for little kids, and there’s plenty of open space for dogs and for children to play outside, which isn’t always easy to find. They also have a tanning bed, I’ve never used but if you are someone who likes that kinda thing, it’s there! They also have a work out room! The community events are a nice touch too that they have started to do this year, though we didn’t attend they have done

Overall happy to be living here. Calm and peaceful! Neighbors are all considerate of others and big enough outdoor space for outdoor activities such as morning runs , dog walks and tennis / basketball court. Gym is good for beginner workouts and always had the opportunity of having it free for me so I am usually alone when working out. Gals up front are always so helpful when anything is needed and maintenance is quick. SATISFIED
