The Lodge Bellevue

Let me start by thanking Kevin, the property manager, for such a smooth and informative apartment tour. This was my first apartment I have ever toured and I was very nervous. Kevin was not only extremely knowledgable but such a warm and pleasant person to talk to. His personality made the entire experience feel peaceful and we even had some good laughs! The community is very clean and quiet and I definitely can see myself making this place my new home. 10/10 would recommend coming to check this apartment out!

We’ve been living at the Lodge Bellevue for about a year now and recently re-signed our lease for another year. Kevin and the entire team have been consistently helpful, professional, and kind. I really appreciate the personal phone calls whenever something needs attention. It makes a big difference and shows they truly care about their residents. Thank you to both the office team and the maintenance department for helping make this such an enjoyable place to live. I’ve lived in Nashville for about five years, and this is the only place I’ve chosen to re-sign my lease, which says a lot.

The team has been welcoming and responsive since I moved in. Maintenance requests (dryer and garbage disposal) were handled quickly and professionally. The frequent resident events are a nice touch and make it easier to connect with neighbors. Nellie has been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions and always points me in the right direction. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience.

A MASSIVE concern of mine is the lack of pet cleanup. Residents do not know how to clean up after their pets and it is almost impossible to not step in dog feces when I take my dog for a walk. We have a satchel with ample bags at all times, it is not hard to pick up after your dog goes, yet somehow it is EVERYWHERE. Management, please consider enforcement options, or have maintenance do more regular cleanups. Other than this, the unit is excellent! The most “homely” unit I have stayed in. The staff is superb, engaged, and very friendly. I will say, the pet excrement all over the complex takes away considerably, even though everything else is great. Love living here and will very much renew IF I don’t step in dog poop every time I walk my dog.

My daughter has been leasing here for about 2 yrs. She really likes it - so much so, that when she renewed her lease, she took a 2-bedroom. They have a nightly trash pick up service and they power wash the stairs on a regular basis to get rid of the mess people leave. The office staff is lovely & professional, giving a warm welcome each time you go in the office. The gym is lovely (with attached cool, spotless restrooms) and they keep the pool beautifully clean. They also have Starbucks coffee plus cookies in the office to which visitors can help themselves. When I visited this week, there was a plumbing issue that my daughter just didn't have the time to pursue or follow through with, so I popped in to chat to the manager about it.
