It's okay for a first time starter apartment. But be aware of the paper thin walls and non insulation. The office lady is okay and Juan is alright I guess. I wouldn't go out my way to kiss his behind on the review tho. Matience could be quicker.

Love these apartments! Just renewed my lease for another 15 months. Staff was very helpful and cooperating Juan the Maintenance is very good and keep up with requests. always been handled quickly and correctly. Floor plans are nice and the pool area as well. No complaints with neighbors or the units. 10/10 recommend

This place is a complete scam. They offer to be helpful if you have an older criminal history. My felony is over 23 yrs old but it is a concern depending on the policies. (Was a drug charge.) I did my time.have been out 13 + They give n amount to be paid as a caution towards this type record. But they continued to charge more throughout my first months there. I also had issues paying through the portal. That I never received help with. But was always asked to come pay in office. Only the amounts were never consistent and never reflected the same on the Ledger. I recently paid through a link that I was sent via email. It was within a few minutes if having received a text saying they sent the link. So I paid the rent that way And was early. Only to get a text saying I am late to pay and that

I've been here for a month now and so far I really love this apartment. It's my first ever apartment and the staff is really nice, I like Ms.Breana and Ms.Rose very helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious for a one bedroom, the pool is nice and is kept up well. My only issues are maintenance being a bit late when there's an issue and roaches, but other than that I enjoy being here and would recommend people living here! :3

This place has definitely taken a turn for the BETTER, the lady's in the office has really improved the quality of living here. They are responsive and considerate to any issues I have with my apartment. I love the fact that I request help from maintenance just using the app on my phone and juan come same day super fast 10/10 recommend.
