My son is so busy .that his rent is delayed 21. days .and the manager this apartment report him to court . I live with my son and if called me . I could pay for it. but I was so angry that manager didn’t contact me. and filed a complaint with the court . We.ve lived here for a long time. and we.ve never been late to rent This lodge apartment manager be unkind is so mean

Lodge At Lakeshore Is Adorable!! I’ve Never Been To A Community That Has A Lake, Fishing, Nature Trail, Dog Park, Car Care Center, & Lodge On Site Until Lodge At Lakeshore! So Cool. Nicely Tucked Away Not Far From All You Need In Greensboro. The Lodge Hosts 2 Bedrooms With 3 Beds & A Full Restroom Upstairs. Downstairs Hosts Entertaining, Dining, Kitchen, Game Nook, Outdoor Fireplace, Half Bath, Etc. Several One Bedroom Units With Different Floorplans As Well As A Few Other Larger Sized Units. Love This Beautiful Property & The Amazingly Talented & Beautiful Community Manager Kaleigh & The Entire Southwood Team.

The maintenance staff is always superb and does an amazing job. I just them wholeheartedly and appreciate the maintenance supervisor. He always knows what to do and gets it right the first time.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever had! I’m so sad to leave! The handyman is prompt and nice and cares about the tenants! (He saved me from a snake one time!) Kaylie is friendly and keeps the place running smoothly. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away and the location is close to everything you could want. I love this place so much! Darn family and boyfriend making me move to another town!! 😏 Bye and thank you Lakeshore!! You’re the best!!

The Lodge at Lakeshore has a management staff that cares and works hard for its residents and community. Very amazing scenery with wooded areas, a lake, and spacious fenced in dog park in wooded area. The look and feel is homey and it’s the perfect sized complex in my opinion. Also, it is conveniently located just minutes away from Bridford and Wendover!
