The Local on 14th

I had a great experience working with Kamae! I had a few issues with my old apartment, and she stepped in to advise me on how to move to a different unit and dealt with all my questions with so much patience. She had everything ready exactly when I needed it, which made the entire move-in process hassle-free. It’s rare to find management that is this attentive and proactive. I love my new space and I'm really grateful for her help!

I just met with Kamae Sutton. She is intelligent, easy to deal with, lovely and professional. I was here as a vendor and she knew everything going on with the building and has a long history here. Highly, highly recommend coming here and speaking to her! Awesome experience.

You know this place would be great, and has the potential to be, but it's not. Quite honestly a brutal experience when it came to getting anything fixed in my own unit, or in the apartment itself. Would put in work-orders that got marked "complete" but no work was ever done. Had a broken washer and drier for about 4 months, where management and maintenance tend to just point their fingers at each other, until I finally just get directed to the property manager, and all the sudden stuff gets done. The "head maintenance" guy called me over the phone to basically just threaten me with a replacement fee if we wanted a new washer and drier, which just decided to stop working all of the sudden. Now I'll say that management did give us access to an empty unit to do our laundry while trying to fix

We moved to Local on 14th in February, just 10 days after applying, and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother all thanks to Brent! He made sure our apartment was ready before move-in and handled everything with so much care and professionalism which propmpt me to leave a 5 star review. He’s super responsive and genuinely goes the extra mile and the management is lucky to have him. After our shifting I had interaction with Mr. Taylor and Ms. Sutton. They are also very helpful and welcoming whenever I need them. The place itself is great in our opinion. We find it clean, well-managed, and full of nice amenities like the pool, clubhouse, 24/7 gym, printing station, and a cozy office lounge with free coffee. The location is great too, just a 5-minute walk to Georgia Tech.

I recently moved to Local on 14th from across the country and Elijah at the leasing office was the biggest help. He answered every single question I had so thoroughly as well as went above and beyond to help me with the application process and touring. He made the process of finding a new home enjoyable when this is normally such a stressful task. Thank you, Elijah!
