I found Karolina by word of mouth from a friend. From our first meeting for accessing my home before putting it on the market, Karolina was easy to work with. Her knowledge was so helpful and she was quick to respond to all my questions. Karolina sold my house in 2 days. I closed in less than 30 days.i found a new home the day she listed my house. She drove me 2 hours away to see it and she helped me set up my appointment to close on the new home. Karolina made the experience a smooth transition. I highly recommend her.

Karolina treated us like family from day 1 and even though our sale and purchase are now completed, she continues to treat us as such. I can honestly say we would not have been comfortable selling our house and buying another had it not been for her; she was honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way.
