These people are the worst and have no business handling anyone's property! They don't communicate with their clients and leave properties vacant when they could be actively searching for tenants! I wouldn't let them manage my dog's house. WHY are they still in business?

My wife and I relocated from out of state.Ann Young went out of her way to make sure that our home buying experience was flawless. She had found us several houses to look at that were exactly what we wanted. We chose the house and Ann had it closed in record time. We cannot believe how fast Ann got this deal done. Unprofessional, Don't deal with this rental company. Almost got shot living in there apartment the situation had nothing to do with me. All they said I can move but would have to pay a new deposit after dealing with them for 4 years altogether. They don't care about your safety at all only money. All they told me they sorry and one of the employees stated if I would have died my family wouldn't have received the deposit back anyway. How professional is that? Unfortunately when I moved in the apartment the front windows were broken out from the prior tenants. Which they never fixed. The first day there the toliet was flooded 3 times it took 2 days for them to fix it. Than a few days after that my air unit stop working it took 2 weeks and 4 days for them to fix it they had the nerve to give

This company stole my down payment money after the seller backed out of the contract! These people are thieves please do not use them! I worked with Tina Goddard and Manny and I contacted the broker in charge of the office. I don’t remember her name but she was a nasty old woman!

Pretty lame rental agents. "The unit's not ready until the end of the month." She then pointed outside the office and told me what was available was in a bin. So I look and it's basically something you could make by printing 2 pages and folding them together. I looked back and asked, "Are these units ready?" Of course she answered yes. And that was it. How about a credit application or other paperwork to get the process going? No, just eager to get back to idle chit chat with coworker. Coincidentally, I get back in my vehicle and glance through this "brochure" and lookie there the place I was inquiring about plus three other place that were "CURRENTLY FULL". Thankfully, it appears they don't manage all the rentals in town. I suggest going elsewhere for your rental needs whether you are a r
