The Line

Nothing about this place reflects “luxury living”. The management team is extremely disrespectful and defensive when it comes to tenants. So many better options in downtown Savannah that’s actually worth the money. Don’t live here unless you want backlash from management any time you have a concern or issue. The trash shoots are disgusting on every floor, the elevators are constantly out of order, but most importantly, the management team is rude and unapproachable.

I have been at the Line for over a year now. I  was the first tenant to live in my apartment. Over the course of the year at The Line, it's been a rollercoaster. When I first moved in, it was a constant battle with maintenance and apartment issues. The brand-new apartment was dirty and dusty, with chipped walls and cracks everywhere. Things around the complex were never fully finished. Early on my lease, false fire alarms were consistently going off in middle of night or early hours, the elevators were always broken, key fabs suddenly would stop working, (which led to homeless people coming in) the complex pool was filthy at times, with a green, murky color, the garage gate didn't work most of the time, and personal apartment issues included my AC breaking for a week, maintenance would tak

Over half of my review had to be deleted because of the character limit. Living here has been disappointing at best, and downright dangerous at times. Starting out, we were told we had to move in at a certain date or else we would forfeit our promo. We tried to request a different date, management refused. Two days before our lease started the building had not passed inspection. The next day we were told the unit was ready and our lease would start. We moved with an 18hr notice. Upon arriving with our belongings our apt was clearly not finished. When bringing up the issues below, Destiny said we shouldn't have moved in if the apartment wasn’t ready. She claimed she emailed me and told me on the phone we could have moved in later, saying she records all her phone calls. When asked for the

Very unpleasant and gross experience at the line. Elevators reflect the smell of dog urine, property manager guys , is the rudest and most unpleasant property manager I’ve come across. The smell of weed reeks through hallways and monthly rent is not worth it considering it backs up to the sketchiest low income housing in Savannah.

I spent a week in this building visiting family, so my observations are from a visitor’s perspective - impressed with The Line. A new development within Savannah’s historical centre, so very walkable, safe and yet an easy access to a highway. The building is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, quiet, spacious, accessible and with so many amenities that can accommodate both leisure and remote work lifestyle. It is very well maintained with attention to details ( free coffee within workspace area, and cookies for dogs at the reception) and well managed. Property management is hands on and efficient, took my concern about pool with attention and resolved it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and my sister is a happy tenant here.!
