The Life at Wood Springs

If I could leave -10 stars I would. This place is nasty. Bugs crawling out of light sockets and everywhere! Hot water heater broke 3 times the first week, nails left in the parking lot as well! We had to replace 4 tires in 1 year office staff didn’t care until we brought them a bag of nails we found in the parking lot and they still didn’t care. Air vents you can smell the neighbors cooking and overall DIRTY Neighbors leaking water through the vents and it came down into our apartment multiple times, can hear people walking so loud you’d think they would break the floor, neighbor next to us blasting music non stop from 6pm until 4am every night! we called multiple complaints on them and nothing was done. Rude & unresponsive office staff and overall just disrespectful and disgusting place.

Upon leaving the community my vehicle was unable to brake because of the ice at the entrance/exit. It was Wednesday, meaning the community had two days to ensure there was salt down so why were the roads not salted at the exit? Thankfully I was not harmed but it was a scary experience. Do better.

Horrible place to move in to. The maintenance takes two weeks to fix any thing. In my opinion save your money people not worth the headache. MOVING OUT AS SOON AS I CAN.

Lived here for over 5 years and it's not horrible. Do sometimes have a pest problem but it isn't that big of a deal. Also they are very helpful in fixing anything that breaks, rents affordable, and also Dalia Reynoso one that works at the leasing office is very kind and helpful. She made renewing my lease easy this year. Also everyone else that works there are helpful and they work with you. They won't just kick you out. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at The life at wood springs. From the moment I moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The leasing office team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The one who’s always been there to help with any questions that me and my family have had is Dalia. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live with a staff that truly cares about its residents. It’s been a pleasure calling this place home!
