If I could give zero stars I would. My application process was completely miss handled and neglected and I’m so disappointed. I paid 250 dollars for two applications and an admin fee to move into a 3 bed two bath apartment. I was running short on time so I had a week and a half for the process to go through before I had to resign my lease in my current apartments. After taking a min for the rental verification to be sent to them it finally arrived Monday 27th of October. Mind you the background checks and all have already been done and I’ve passed everything else to move in. After this no communication at all without me having to call. Today is my second week in this property, the truth is I am in love with the apartments, they feel very cozy and the sound of the birds wakes me up and reminds me of my country, I feel very happy to be here, the truth is it has been excellent 👌 the attention from Alma, always so sweet, kind and understanding. I had problems with my kitchen disposal and on the same day in a matter of hours it was repaired. I am very grateful to the maintenance staff, very polite and professional. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Hi, I have been living here since April 2024 and I have really found it to be reasonable, all things considered, compared to all the things that could go wrong, I give this complex a 5 stars rating. The management team is top notch, they stand out for their professionalism and kind hearted nature because that kind of thing is hard to come by these days at apartment complexes. They will work with you throughout the process of moving and beyond. I'm not going to lie wherever you move to you are going to have to work with management so it's best to have a great team!

So, I went to the office on Nov 25, 2019 to put in a request, for maintenance. The air conditioning went out, and the ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water. On Dec 2, 2019, I went back into the office to follow up, and to pay my rent. I was told that someone was gonna come look at it. As of Dec 10 2019, my bathroom is flooding every night smh. This is ridiculous! I’m the type of tenet that doesn’t ask the office to fix anything, I normally fix it myself or have someone to fix it, if it’s something small ( for this very reason). I’ve been here for 4|5 yrs and the maintenance have always been very bad at getting things done
