The Life at Northwest Gardens

Do not move here. The property has ongoing issues with rats, roaches, and mold. Management has a terrible attitude and only seems to care about collecting rent. When you move out, they try to tack on extra fees just to make more money. I regret moving here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Rent goes up but nothing gets done. Terrible ac, roaches since day one but have to pay pest control, laundry room sucks only a couple of the dryers work so I’m forced to walk across the street to the laundromat all winter long, gym is teeny tiny and has barely anything to work with and there’s not even a mirror, parking sucks because they let people have more than two cars.

I strongly regret moving into this property. There are serious problems with rats, roaches, and mold, and management shows little to no concern about resolving them. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and their main priority appears to be rent collection rather than tenant well-being. When moving out, they attempt to charge unnecessary extra fees. Overall, this place is unsanitary, poorly managed, and not worth the stress.

This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare and if I could give it zero stars I would. My husband and I moved in this past June 2025 and from day one it’s been a disaster. Roaches and mice infest the place, and management clearly doesn’t care to fix it. We pay $1300 a month for a 2 bed/1 bath that isn’t even worth half that. There’s no washer/dryer hookup, no central air, and they only provide a single weak wall A/C unit that couldn’t keep the apartment cool in the summer. We had to spend extra money on another window unit just to survive. To make it worse, it’s all gas operated, so if you cook during the day, the stove heats the whole place up and the tiny A/C can’t keep up. I did a lot to be approved for this apartment you would think it's the White House or Spinnaker Apartments with all the strict rules and stress they put on you as a tenant You literally have to pay every bill like you own the apartment they give you nothing no benefits just grief: I've had a lot of issues with this apartment complex and leasing office First there were constant plumbing issues which lasted for days to weeks plumbers and maintenance knocking on My door and the people who lived downstairs and on the side of me as well. The plumber after constantly digging in the bottom of the floor/drain/pipes stated that he found a kitchen knife in the pipes which was crazy because the knife was way too big to be shoved in the toilet!
