The Life at Grand Oaks

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with The Life at Grand Oaks Apartments. I’ll be honest — I used to worry about my elderly aunt living there. As family, you always want to make sure your loved ones feel safe and comfortable in their home. However, I’ve noticed a huge shift in the atmosphere recently, and it truly shows. The presence of security has made a significant difference. The property feels more secure, more structured, and overall more at ease. My aunt has personally mentioned Sgt. Kinney and was raving about how well-liked he is throughout the community and how willing he is to assist the elderly residents. Hearing her speak so highly of him gave me a lot of reassurance. I was fortunate enough to meet Sgt. Kinney myself during a visit. Just as my aunt described,

I absolutely love it so far just started renting about 1 month ago and I just love it their is always security 24/7 and they’re always patrolling 24/7 my apartment is so beautiful and renovated love that includes washer and dryer and my leasing agent was amazing she was so so nice and had us moving in, in less than 2 weeks!! I believe her name is ms. Shakeyna she was so so nice very professional and very kind I recommend her and this apartment 100000%

Leslie, is extremely disrespectful. Not only was she committed towards mispronouncing my name as someone inquiring about the property. I’m assuming she thought because my name was ethnic, that I was a criminal. Maybe, she needs to worry about her customer service skills and learn to how to respectfully comprehend what is being shared without assuming what isn’t said.

Moving to this apartment complex has been one of my best decisions. The security is excellent, 24 hours a day, and the manager is very professional. Shakeyna, a very good person, helped me a lot. Thank you very much.
