The Lex

I have made The Lex my home since November 2020. I have a large two bedroom, two bath, two balcony apartment with an attached private two car garage. All of the apartments have recently been renovated and are beautiful. The Lex is ideally located in a clean and safe neighborhood within the Phoenix central corridor. The light rail station is a 5 minute walk away. There are trendy restaurants and coffee shops easily within walking distance. Out the front gate is Uptown and out the back gate is the Melrose District. The first thing that jumped out for me when apartment hunting was that the gated property is very well maintained and has lots of shade trees and meandering walkways. I am currently moving in and leasing with the two Lex managers has been terrific. It is an ideal Uptown location and very well maintained property. I have been looking for almost a month and the complexes are in this general location. I chose a spacious 2B, 2B, and 2 balcony place that has views on the manicured canals paths, Squaw Peak, Brophy high school, and the Light Rail station. Love being "in the city" - but when I enter my apartment it is like being "in the country" with water views and blue sky out the plethora of windows. I made a call when it was closing time. Amanda the manager answered. She told me she would wait for me due to my schedule. I fell in love the moment I walked in. She explained everything to me and we toured the community. She made sure to tell me how amazing her leasing agent was and her maintenance techs. She sold me on an office team I never even met! When I moved in I had a work order and she made sure I was a priority. I love this place. Its quiet, tucked back in the crazy of Central Ave and she was right....Kristin, Scott and Natan are the best. Thank you Amanda for a perfect experience from day one!

I had an amazing experience working with Kristin and Amanda while finding my new apartment. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful! They were accommodating to my needs and wants, incredibly helpful, and consistently cheerful and positive throughout what can be a very stressful process. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported, and because of them, I already feel at home before even moving in.
