I am about to have one year living in the property, I am happy for the effective speed with which the office and maintenance respond to my requests. I’m happy with my apartment but it’s also your responsibility to take care of where you live. 5 stars for the lead maintenance guy!

Current resident with AC issues for over a month, closer to two. Noticed AC wasn't working correctly, put in work order, previous maintenance come, say no issues close order. Finally it stopped working and blowing any air. Current maintenance come over fill it with coolant, it works closes work order. That went on for a month before it was apparent something is wrong. Last Friday I got the AC company, after over a month. They stayed 3 mins before seeing issue. States office would be in touch with window unit, a part needed to be ordered. Office was not in touch. I started calling as soon as the AC company left. I work, unable to go to office. They never answered the phone, but they closed without reaching out to me actively knowing they sent an AC company and mines wasn't working. Mind yo

The Lex has a decent floor plan for the price, but that’s the only good thing I can say. Management here is dishonest, neglectful, and makes life harder for tenants instead of easier. I went almost a month without a working refrigerator. Management repeatedly promised—directly to me, my family, and even community outreach police—that it would be replaced “the same day.” They still left me without one for weeks while all my food spoiled and my electric bill skyrocketed from the broken unit. Leaks and mold are brushed off until the damage is undeniable, and tenants end up footing the bill for wasted water. I have been at the Lex for about five years. They started off great! Pool was open year round,everything got taken care of immediately! They switched owners for a couple years and wasn’t so great. pool never opened even during the summer for like two years .They switched owners again in the last couple years and they have improved ! Maintenance Is typically fast! Rent prices are probably About average and I Have never had any pest problems! I keep a clean home.. I have had a friend that lived in a different building that had an issue, but that’s because their neighbors were disgusting. Overall, I’ve been here so long because I haven’t had any major complaints! The last year every time I called the office, the ladies are very nice and helpful, which hasn’t always been the case! I would reco
