The Lenox Apartment Homes

We've only lived here a few months, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. Everyone on the staff has been kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. This is an older property, but our apartment has been upgraded with several nice touches. Being older, we did discover a number of small imperfections and things needing a fix. But the management and maintenance staff have responded promptly to every request, and the maintenance guys have gone above and beyond in their work for us. We're grateful to live here!

I moved in today and so far I have no complaints. The Application process was very smooth and they got back with us within the next business day. The leasing office has a great team and they were extremely welcoming! They provide you with a welcome gift as well which I thought was a very warming way to welcome a new tenant. I noticed an issue with the door shortly after getting my keys and they immediately sent someone out to come fix it. The apartment was cleaned very well before our move-in date. I look forward to updating this review with positive feedback towards the end of my lease!

Ms. Ruby was a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions when needed , always available. The property is updated and nice and welcoming. I can't wait to move in, the process has been soo smooth.

Today is Sunday December 7th my water has been off since 12pm this happens like 3 or 4 times a month. No emails or texts to warn us the water will be turned off. Gotta keep my heat on 78 bc my patio door won’t close securely and the glass is falling out Maintance does not come fix anything. Smh definitely paying the fee to break this lease!

I am truly at a loss of words this morning. On 9/14/25. Correct 9/14/25 I placed a work order because my air doesn’t work! I didn’t get a phone call, email, text anything from the office. I called on 9/18/25 spoke with the office to check the status of the work order & was told that a tech would be out between that day & the next. Guess what? No tech. No phone call. No email. No nothing! I check the status of the ticket it says it was assigned to a tech on 9/18/25 but I placed it on 9/14/25! So this whole time I have no air! On 9/26/25 a tech finally shows up and tells me my air doesn’t work. Thanks I knew that 😒 it’s Friday 4:30 and there is a language barrier and I still couldn’t tell you what is wrong or what is being done about my air. He placed a portable ac unit that LEAKS water and
