The Legends

This is the best apartment we’ve ever lived in! The maintenance team is excellent — always on time and quick to take care of anything that comes up. The community itself is very nice, with a calm and peaceful environment that they really maintain well. The office staff is amazing and always helpful. The neighbors are also friendly, which makes it a great place to live. Overall, a wonderful experience. Great job to the whole team. This is my first apartment living experience in roughly 35 years. I’ve owned two homes. One in Milwaukee Wisconsin and I built a house here in Mountain View. The thought of going backwards terrified me. Back into an apartment setting. I have a woodworking business that I run out of a building in Hudson NC. The Legends has turned out to be actually very nice. The grounds are kept very clean. It’s like a park setting in here which I truly adore. As my home in Mountain View is in the country and surrounded my trees, so this makes it more bearable with all the trees around the apartments. I had some noisy neighbors that lived above me. But recently have moved and my new upstairs neighbors are friendly and respectful of quiet times in the evening. My apt is on the first floor. My only grip

The leasing office People are Extremely rude(there basically only nice during yourinterviewto get a place) , the Prices for these apartments are SOOOO HIGH (you could get a townhouse for 1100$) there WiFi is trash and its open so if breached you can be hacked easily. Wouldn't pay for the price of this place I'd stay another year i am before living there.

Since moving in almost 7yrs ago, everyone has been super! Amy, Chyna, Emily are beautiful! Nate and the maintenance crew are fantastic. They are courteous, nice, and are a great asset to The Legends. The grounds are kept pristine and any maintenance issue is taken care of promptly. People NOT picking up after their dogs is a BIG problem. Not sure what can be done about it. The rent keeps going up and up! Not happy about that at all.

Great place to live. Nice apartments with great amenities plus a super good maintenance program plus the maintenance request you can make straight off the app is awesome
