The Legends is a beautiful private complex of apartments with control access. It's very close to I4 and it's conveniently located in a central area with easy access to everything.

Worst place to live ever! They kicked out a mother and her 2 children because the “children were to loud”. This was the complaint made by only ONE neighbor and they decided to take his side over a single mother with 2 young kids just working trying to make it in life. This apartment complex is against mothers and against children! Don’t live here. It’s so funny, they will leave a comment saying “we are here to help please call us” but when I was there no one helped me, no one cared, they only worried about pleasing one neighbor and getting me out of there. Now that I’m out of there they want to pretend to care. moral of the story is don’t live here.

If you have a big family and want accommodations for everyone to all stay in the same house this is the place. Alot of stores, activities and close to alot of major attractions. Just give yourself alot of time for driving, it's a busy with alot traffic.

I lived in this apartment complex for three-ish years and overall, my experience was pleasant. The AC unit froze over several times a year, which was frustrating, but they eventually replaced it. Unfortunately, when they replaced the unit, they left dirt stains on the carpet and walls and didn’t bother to clean up afterward, which was disappointing. Aside from that incident, the maintenance team was generally great during my time there, though I imagine the staff may have changed since then. When I first moved in, the rent was priced fairly. However, during my lease renewal in 2022, my rent increased by a staggering 65%—and yes, that’s not an exaggeration. the place is built well and ive never had a power outage in hurricanes living here almost 10 years. Hope the leasing agent is very helpful and always gets back to you. maintenance is quick and have always fixed anything and even installed new appliances. decent amenities gym could use some updating but overall its a great place to live
