We were moving from Texas to Chattanooga and met Michelle Venezia about 9 months before we were actually ready to move. She checked in but was in no way pushy. We never felt pressured by her in anyway. She was very easy. We didn’t know the Chattanooga housing market very well, so it was important to us to find the right realtor. Michelle listened to us and really heard what we were looking for and what was important to us in a house and neighborhood. She was professional and a great communicator, which is essential whenever buying in another state. When we put an offer on a house, we felt very confident in her advice and approach. So we were moving from Florida to Tennessee. This was a very big move that took a lot of patience on who ever had to deal with me. I was a hot mess.
