The Law Building Apartments

Jaiden gave us an excellent tour on a short notice. We got to see all four buildings and all the amenities. She was super nice and had a great positive spirit. It definitely narrowed down our search for apartments!

My tour with the Law Building was amazing! Offered water and coffee when you want in and I love that after walking down granby ! Also Ron was the absolute best showing me around the property and making me comfortable and knowledgeable about the apartment! Thank you 🙂

My apartment was beautiful, my appliances worked just fine, the road noise is horrendous though, and because it's an old building they don't put in double pane windows. If they did, that place would have been 10x better. Management was great and we got our security deposit back quickly. The maintenance staff is awesome. We really liked Lester. I hope he's still there. I wish we still lived there. It's fun living downtown. Parking is a real pain though. You're better off just having one car.

I came in to inquire about an apartment I saw that was available on the website. When I walked in a gentleman greeted me and said he would be right with me he was finishing up with someone at his desk. When I sat down I noticed another associate I’m assuming a manager in her office at her desk. Well some time went by before he was finished with this other person and she didn’t come out the office to speak or offer any assistance as a matter of fact the office phone wrong and she didn’t even answer. However she did have in her ear plugs and was on her personal cell phone. She looked unapproachable and as if she didn’t want to be there. The place is decent. No better or worse than anywhere else around the city. They “offered” for the lease to be renewed. They wanted ME to pay $200 just to resign. For a place called the law building, where the hell’s the justice?
