The office staff is exceptional. While most properties have their inherent strengths and weaknesses, the commitment to resident satisfaction is paramount. Jesse has consistently demonstrated this commitment since assuming management of the property, and the positive transformations are clearly evident.

I have waited to write this for months. I was on the fence but since things have come to this. I ended my lease at the last week of renewal for a huge reason...MOLD. I did several tests and Dr's. (My child got very sick! And they tried to say it wasnt from that. But assure you it was. My child is doing much better. )Yet. They said no mold was in the apartment. Only because they found no "water". They clearly know nothing about mold.mold needs water to form not to live. We had plenty of leaks. Theses apartments use to be nice but They are rock bottom. They lie. Don't care about anything but rent. And very overpriced. Good Luck.
