I spoke on the phone with Pam Zirkle. What an arrogant lady! She couldn´t care less about my inquiry. Complete lack of courtesy. Five stars for Arrogance. Five stars for Bad Manners. Zero stars for elegance and kindness. No wonder why they have such bad reviews on Google.

Everybody that works at Las olas companies are not only professional very courteous and helpful Pam does an amazing job and Mike and the maintenance department and his crew are flawless amazing work proud to work with them for for their fire safety needs many many years to come definitely deserve more than five stars

BEWARE of parking in Fort Lauderdale- serious flaws. Have you been a victim??! Always place your printed ticket on your dashboard. Apparently you can pay by phone even though your phone doesn’t print out a paper ticket to put on your dashboard. Thus you’d think that once your license is entered into a machine in the parking lot and you pay then your ok. You may be VERY WRONG! Do NOT make the logical assumption that entering your license plate number into the parking machine prevents a parking ticket because it’s’ in the system’. It doesn’t. Only leaving it on your dashboard does. Apparently the city enforces parking on public and private lots like ‘las Olas Company’ parking lot. It’s NOT at all easy to tell the difference for a tourist. Cut my bike lock because it wasn’t locked in a bike rack? No signs posted. Maybe if you want people to follow directions how about you post some signs that inform the public of things that aren’t allowed. I’m from a state where nobody gives a crap about where you chain your bike. Not even a grace period for something that isn’t made public? “Oh we don’t chain bikes there in Florida” I live here now but this is absurd. Who will be paying for my $90 lock? Be real post it or pay for my lock.
