The Landon

I haven't moved in yet but I certainly intend to. Part of me wants to wait until I'm in but the tour alone made me feel like I was right at home. As a parent, having a place that's fully monitored 24/7 along with security(concierge) services. It felt safe walking in the building. The amenities are great and a reasonable price for this location. The apartment sizes are reasonable and accommodating. It's definitely worth considering.

I have been here for 4 months now and things have been good. I like how the staff overall keep the lobby and hallways clean. Also, the concierge staff are very nice too. I haven’t had any problems in my apartment. My only complaint is that occasionally my floor smells like cigarette smoke. It’s usually once or twice a week in the evening and the smell never gets into my apartment but it is unpleasant. Other than that, I enjoy living here and it feels like a home.

Going on 10 years at THE LANDON, so we obviously love the building and the neighborhood. Broadway Shows, Great Restaurants, an amazing Residential Lounge with events almost every month and a great staff at THE LANDON!

Supposed to be a no smoking building but there is smoking smell in the corridor and sometime in the washroom/bedroom. Building management doesn’t do anything in spite of multiple complaints from the residents.

Loved living at the Landon! We always felt welcome coming back home greeted by the friendliest staff. Mo is the best! We loved the amenities and events. Maintenance is also very responsive and will get anything fixed within 24 hrs. Would 100% recommend this place!
