The Landmark at Greenwood Village

Giving it a four though 3.75 might be more accurate. Any staff I spoke to were nice. The lighting in the lobby was kind of weird and semi dark/semi light. They don’t butter the popcorn for you, and it was kind of not the freshest tasting. The soda seemed low on carbonation but not awful. I did enjoy the way the theater was set up that I was in, however, the seat felt a little small and there was no tray. I was a big fan of Chez Artist before they unceremoniously ripped that away, so I worked at overlooking some of the lesser nice aspects of this theater.

The entire parking lot was an ice rink, and not a single bit of ice melt had been put down. I stepped out of my car, immediately slipped, and nearly fell. When I brought it to the theatre’s attention, I was simply told, “You should park downstairs.” Thanks Ted! I asked where the signage was to warn guests or direct us to safer parking—there was none. For a busy weekend, safety should be a priority. This easily could have been prevented with proper ice treatment or at minimum a clear warning for guests.

The employees who make these movie experience are worth it. Seating is comfortable. Movie tickets are easy to purchasing by picking your seats too. Food, snacks, sodas, and adult beverages for those who partake.

Had a fun birthday night out seeing Steve Trevino. It was a sold out show, the seating is tight. The food and drinks were good. Funnel cake fries 😋 they handed out pouches that lock up your smart devices during the show. No biggie it was pretty fast, no holding up the lines for it.

This is a well-designed art house theater. The seats were really comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the staff were very nice, and the lobby looked like something out of New York City. Very cool cinematic experience.
