The Landmark Apartments

Great experience at Landmark! Arianna is an excellent leasing agent—professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. The maintenance staff is also responsive and reliable, taking care of requests quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great team and a well-managed property.

Arianna Is the best leasing agent I’ve ever experienced. She makes sure the problems we have get solved and in a timely manner. Also, the maintenance team is awesome. They actually fix what needs to be fixed not just put a bandaid over it.

Ariana was absolutely amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She was always kind, patient, and understanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star. HORRIBLE place to live. Too expensive for the absolute mess that the apartments are. People are loud, doing drugs on the stairs, cops are always there, no available amenities (pool, laundry room, etc.) And don't even get me started on the fact that the management is never in the office, has the office locked when they are there, and NEVER answer the phone. This place is a JOKE. We can't WAIT to leave. UPDATE: I moved out and they tried to tell me I had another month to live there which would make it 13 months of living at this hellhole. My experience at this complex was terrible. It is trashy, dirty, and too expensive for what you get. Our dishwasher never worked and never got fixed even though we asked multiple times. Honestly not a bad place to stay. The apartment has a few ribs wrong upon move in, BUT they were super quick and transparent with getting them fixed. Likely just from the renovations to the unit. Neighbors are pretty friendly, but have their moments. It's located not far from the big shopping areas in Beaumont, so that's a plus
