I’ve only lived at this property for about three months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Maintenance came to my apartment several days in a row for work orders regarding an AC that wasn’t working. On the last visit—when the AC was finally fixed—I discovered money missing from my apartment. When I brought this to management’s attention, instead of addressing my concern, I received a lease violation and false accusations against me. I tried reaching out to corporate multiple times, but they never responded to my messages. The manager also refused to provide me with a proper corporate or LLC contact email. The gentleman that answered the phone today gave excellent customer service. He answered all my questions about availability, floor plan size, rent prices, and water allocation. This apartment is very close to my job. Once my current lease is up, I’d be very excited to apply here.

First off the unit I was shown was not what I was given. I was shown an updated unit with a microwave and what they gave me didn't have one. Maintenance is extremely Slow!! Dog feces is everywhere. There is also trash every where and the ladies in the leasing literally doesn’t take your needs seriously. You literally have to ask for help multiple times for any issues you’re having which is extremely irritating. It was so bad living here that I had to break my lease just in 2 months. My last straw was when kids started chilling and lingering around my unit. I gave notice to the Marie and told her how there was vandalism on my properties patio and also video of kids on my porch! She did not respond 5 days. She claims she asked her higher up about me moving to a different unit but of course

Renter here they never answer when we call into the main office, there’s poop everywhere,we have a really bad roach infestation we keep telling them to come and fumigate but no one ever does as well as if anything breaks down they say they came to fix it but never did we have to keep reminding them if something is broken and management keeps changing every two months so we don’t even know who to talk to and when we moved in the model I was shown was not the unit we where given as well as the floor peels off easily and they never come to fix it or change it.

Most of my experience with the leasing agents has been horrible. I'm currently a resident, and I called the office this morning trying to get my balance on record corrected. I was told to send a screenshot for it to be fixed, which I did, and 4 hours later, it still hasn't been adjusted. Also, my apartment had mole, yet they kept me in the same unit after requesting to be transferred.
