The Landings I Apartments

Still waiting on a leak to be addressed that was reported 72 hours ago. Called the leasing office prior to closing and was told that a member of the maintenance would be out same day and no one showed up. Emergency maintenance line does not work so you cannot get ahold of anyone after office hours.

landings very nice not even pest ,but they don't clean snow not even sidewalks ,no service to clean the street this is January 26 and nobody can get out of parking lote.

The Landings I & II staff was initially kind to me. Diya is professional. I was a resident of the Landings II in a studio apartment from March 2023- March 2024. I’m sure it is was a completely different experience of what may be experienced at the Landings I. Staff was not on site at all and there are no cameras. The building is cleaned maybe once every 3 weeks. Thankfully, many neighbors are kind and have a sense of camaraderie so often times, everyone is looking out for everyone. Many of my issues were with maintenance requests regarding pest and mice. My first pest control service was done and I was in the apartment as it was not required for me to not be there. I unfortunately had a mild reaction to whatever was sprayed and inquired about the ingredients via email between Diya and Nesh

we don’t like the new management the old management was way better. They don’t even make sure that the snow is gone, they keep saying they do this this this but don’t get anything done for us in general.

I’ve had a maintenance request about a leak at my kitchen sink since Oct 2025. Not fixed yet. Can’t leave messages at the office. No one seem to look at the request on the site. Terrible management team.
