Very friendly people, great staff. Very professional. Apartments are in close proximity for your shopping needs as well as museums and attractions throughout Bethlehem and Allentown. Downtown is only a few minutes away. Just a few minutes' drive to monocacy Park (great for walks and relaxing by the river). I have seen other apartment complexes around, and this is by far my favorite one! Feels like home.

The Landings was a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything was perfect for me and fiancé in our first "home." The only reason we moved out was because we bought a house. The location is amazing, the apartments are relatively quiet, and overall our experience was great. I am very happy we chose the Landings and would happily recommend them to others looking for an apartment.

For the price they charge, the quality, safety, and management are completely unacceptable. The rent is already high, but they pile on constant fees that feel predatory. And I’ve had serious concerns about my safety. Management has allowed violent individuals who are not even on the lease to continue staying on the property. There is frequent yelling, screaming, and aggressive behavior outside. And complaints to management have gone nowhere. There are also people running daycares out of their apartments, creating constant noise and traffic, which seems completely inappropriate for a residential complex. Again, management does nothing. Maintenance is another ongoing problem. There are CONSTANT plumbing issues and they blame and threaten to charge you for it when it’s clearly their syste

If I could put 0 stars, I would - Extremely Disappointing Experience. I have lived at The Landings Apartments in Bethlehem for less than a year, and my experience has been consistently frustrating and unacceptable—especially given the high monthly rent. This property is simply not worth the price. Contacting the leasing office is unnecessarily difficult. Every phone call is routed to an AI system (“Chloe”) that rarely transfers to a live person. Each time I’ve needed assistance, I’ve had to call 6–7 times repeatedly just to reach someone. Maintenance has been severely lacking. Since moving in, I’ve repeatedly been told they are “short staffed,” which has been used as the excuse for months of unresolved issues. * STAY AWAY *Lived here for less than 12 months when I moved from Jersey. In two months my neighbor’s catalytic converter was stolen. I lived on the first floor, water was constantly leaking from second floor where the washing machine was. Landlord ladies (useless, indifferent and condescending) didn’t care that my carpet was drenched they sent a ‘carpet drying’ company 48 hours later. Carpet got soaked and stunk. Other than that, the gym is barely taken care of, sometimes the keycard for the gym doesn’t even work. Terrible apartments I would 100% recommend NOT staying here
