The Landings at Rock Creek Apartments

My daughter and grand baby have moved here a year now. Deborah the manager is such a kind person and very understanding. Any issues that we have had have been addressed in a timely manner especially considering since we moved in there has been construction going on. The complex is safe it’s quiet and it’s clean which is why we renewed our lease for another year.

I am an elderly residence who moved in here for peace and tranquility DEBORAH the manager thought it was a good idea to move A man, that has let five women and 6 or 7 kids in the apartment over me they stomp they run up and down the hallway. It’s like living under a herd of elephants. Ceiling fixtures are falling out my clock & pictures have been jarred from the wall. They don’t care what they’re doing. I have called the police a numerous amount of times. I have told DEBORAH about all those people living in this apartment that are not on the lease here and causing all this havoc. Yet DEBORAH labels me a nuisance for complaining about all this mess. I have to deal with here. She will not let me speak with corporate or the owner.. I have had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for the last 3 mont

I have lived at The Landings at RockCreek for 5 years. It has a home feel environment and is very relaxing. It is quiet, nice landscaping nestled in an area with lots of trees. The management team is great and they have always been on top of making sure my maintenance request get taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment community.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Debbie at The Landing at Rock creek Apartments. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication is always clear and friendly.

I’ve have lived in the same apartment for over seven years now. Over the years management has changed a few times and hands down the current management and maintenance team are by far the best. I rarely have any maintenance issues but when I do they are quick to be resolved. Debbie is a fantastic landlady and that makes a huge difference for me as a tenant!
