The Landings at Markhams Grant Apartments

I’ve seen a big improvement at The Landings at Markhams Grant since the new staff came in. Since Dory arrived, the community has really improved. Carmen, Norma, Brian, and Melissa have also joined the team, and together they’ve made a great difference. The staff is friendly, responsive, and clearly care about the residents. It’s great to see such positive changes in the community! I’ve been a resident since 2020 and this is by far the best team

I wanted to share my experience when visiting with a friend that lives at The Landings at Markham's Grant in Woodbridge, VA. During the last snow/ice storm the leasing office (Dory, Carmen, Norma and Melissa) were wonderful to postpone any towing so that the residents could manage to dig out their cars and get to work. Maintenance did what they could to clear the ice in all the entrances which helped immensely! Recently, we received the newsletter that was delivered from the office explaining the changes that were coming to the property and that towing would be resuming which was great that we were given early advance notice. With the new staff that has come to the office and maintenance we have seen a positive change to the property which was very over due!

You want to live in a place where you feel targeted and discriminated this is it . The manager in charged of the apartment complex makes you feel discriminated. She won’t work with you, she tries to “have the property under control” but it’s a mess. You will see dog poop all over the property. Kids hitting your doors. Trash bags outside doors . People parked in the parking lots living in there cars. It’s not an area that I would let my kids play outside. Is it affordable yes, but if I could really move out I would . You go in to the office and she will greet you with a fake smile and act like she is really concerned with your issues, you walk out that door and she forgets . I have gone in to the office 3 times about my bathroom door needed fix, my laundry door falling off and no one does a

The staff here at The Landings at Markhams Grant are 100% professional and personable from top down... I have been here for 10 months. I can only say from my perspective, I have had very few problems and when I did they were taken care of as soon as humanly possible.. I am very happy here.

Since Mrs Dory has taken over the Property everything seems to be running way more smoothly her and the maintenance men make sure everything done right . We had our end of the summer pool party last weekend the kids seems to really enjoy them self
