The Landings at Long Lake

UPDATE!!! I went to the office for the 4th time to ask about my deposit and I eventually received it in the end. They mentioned they have new management and I should get my deposit within 2 weeks. As relieved as I am I was very disappointed for those months waiting. The apartments are not bad but this is your money we’re talking about. I was about to give up and accept the loss. ………🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨THEY DO NOT GIVE DEPOSIT BACK My lease expired last July and still not received my deposit. They only give me the run around every single time. The apartment was returned in immaculate condition, I have proof.

My personal experience has been amazing! Coral is so nice and understanding. With this being my first time, she was really patient and helped me with the many questions I had to ask. I would definitely say she made the process so smooth. Not to mention, the area is really nice and well kept! If you’re looking into these apartments, I would highly recommend. It is well worth it!

The new management is doing an awesome job. The turnaround is amazing. Victoria is doing a wonderful job. I love living here. The Lake view is beautiful. I love working out at the gym and I love relaxing at the pool and hot tub. This is truly the best place in this area.

Since the day I moved in, it has been nothing but problems. I have had no heat or air for over two months, and maintenance has done absolutely nothing to fix it. They either ignore the work orders or mark them as “completed” even though nothing was repaired. The property is just as bad. Trash is everywhere outside, and it never gets cleaned up. The mailboxes are broken, so anyone can open them and take your mail. There is also a front gate, but management refuses to fix it, which means anyone can enter the property at any time. It feels completely unsafe. On top of that, kids are constantly sitting on and climbing over cars, and nothing is done to stop it even after reporting it to the office multiple times. Management does not care and does nothing about any problems you bring to them.
