Has improved, pool opened timely and they even threw a pool party this year. The Forest Acres area is well centralized with a park, rec center, and public pool near by. Though rent warrants considering other locations. No washer/dryer hookups (shared pay in the hallway). We have had a murder last year and this year, though oddly each time involved someone from Lexington. Packages go to the office and I never had an issue (and I get a lot of packages). This is a lower income area despite being in Forest Acres but FAPD do a good job and crime is generally lower than Columbia.

Leasing office customer service is below par when comes to maintenance request. No sense of urgency. Only listen to react instead of listening to understand & resolving issue. The lady at the front is very nosey & unprofessional. The lady in the back office is very nonchalant and dismissive.When questioned, she becomes defensive. Request upper management to speak to staff on behavior & serving maintenance request being resolved.

Very unprofessional staff. Do not move here they rarely take your complaints seriously. There are sooo many stray cats rooming around. The walls are super thin you can hear your neighbors talking. Oh don’t move in on the first floor you will regret it. Heavy drug activity throughout the whole complex. All in all 5 thumbs down super unsatisfied

Horrible place to live, I moved in for an about a week and have to leave . The lobbies are filthy and the apartment was infested with roaches. AVOID THIS PLACE!
