This place will tow your vehicle without checking that your registration is up to date, and will not check anything further than the sticker. If you try to talk to anybody about the issue in terms of staff they will tell you they can’t help and direct you away to other people. If you’re curious my tow was 400$, plus the cost of updating the registration days before. If you’re considering living here be ready for a fixer upper of an apartment including a broken washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Oh, and if you try to submit a maintenance request be prepared to wait 2 weeks unless you have a lawyer you’re willing to cc in your email. With that said bring your cleaning supplies on move in day and be prepared to spend hours scrubbing every nook and cranny of dust, dirt, and lint. Move into these a

horrible don’t live here unless you want them to break a pipe and have your apartment flooded and ruin everything, no inconvenience fee and still charging us full rent!! They never respond to emails or calls never do anything about issues was without heat and ac the whole year. Nothing in Kitchen works, mold everywhere and saying it’s not mold and they can’t do anything about it. Our Doctors said it was mold! thank youuu.

Unstable and unreliable wifi. Loud water drainage throughout the apartments that is loud enough to wake you up every time someone flushes a toilet. Apartment was extremely dirty when we moved it and had over 50 dead bugs on the ground in the shared living spaces alone. Staff is generally pretty nice

Our unit was not cleaned prior to our move-in. Living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, all of it was dirty. Internet provider has also been awful and ownership has procrastinated to resolve the issue. I work from home, so this severely impacts my ability to work. This has now been an issue for 4 months. The front office also will not answer calls and you will always be sent to voicemail.

Place is decent once you clean it yourself after the previous people and maintenance trashed it (see images). I’ve only lived here since the end of August and there’s already way too much to complain about. Between the insanely slow maintenance response times, our dishwasher being broken since move-in with no fix, and the water constantly getting shut off during the day with no notice, this place is just awful. Do not rent here.
