I’ve had a great experience living at The Landings Apartments in Gainesville. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to UF and major shopping areas, which makes getting around super easy. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and well kept. What really stands out is the management and staff—they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and there are always fun resident events that help create a welcoming community atmosphere. Overall, The Landings feels safe, comfortable, and like home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live in Gainesville.

The Landings at Bivens Arm is honestly great, and it’s easily one of the best student housing communities in Gainesville if you’re looking for a balance of peace, amenities, and location. One of the standout aspects of this complex is the leasing team. Eilyn and Rosselin are genuinely amazing. They are professional, approachable, and always willing to help. From the leasing process to day-to-day questions, they make everything feel smooth and stress-free, which is something you don’t always get with student housing. The amenities are another huge plus. The half-court basketball court is perfect for casual runs, the pool is clean and relaxing, and the tennis court is well maintained. I've lived here for 3 years and honestly, I couldn't recommend this place enough! The apartments are spacious, fully upgraded, and fully furnished for an amazing rate and the bus stop is super conveniently placed for UF students. I am so happy that I've had a chance to make this place my home - it's a small and quiet community with great amenities, which is super appreciated as someone who studies late into the night and has a busy schedule (and needs good rest). I've never felt unsafe or frustrated with noise levels or anything! The office staff is wonderful, especially Eilyn and Eric, who are happy to help answer any questions and extend a hand wherever they can to make my experience as a resident more comfortable and enjoyable. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Staff is fast and friendly, maintenance is efficient and willing to go the extra mile, parking is ample, and the apartments are clean, spacious, and well priced. Highly recommended especially for UF students. Close to campus and Archer Road, it delivers big time.
